novaphit® SSTC Gasket is a high-purity expanded graphite flat gasket with an expanded AISI 316L stainless steel metal insert, which increases mechanical strength and supports distribution of the clamping pressure. It has a non-stick coating (XP Technology) that prevents the gasket from adhering to the flange, eliminating the need to scrape the surface during replacement. This reduces the time required to replace the gasket and minimizes the chance of flange damage. Recommended for industrial sealing under severe temperature, pressure and chemical environment conditions.
