1. PURPOSE

These Terms of Use govern access to and use of the simulation tools made available by Perfil Térmico Aquecimento e Isolamento Industrial Ltda. (“Perfil Térmico”), a company within Perfil Group, intended for technical estimates and simulations based on parameters provided by the user.

By using any of the simulation tools available on the Perfil Térmico website, the user acknowledges and agrees to the terms and conditions set forth herein.

2. PURPOSE OF THE SIMULATION TOOLS

The simulation tools are intended solely for informational, educational, and estimation purposes and are designed to:

• Support preliminary studies and analyses

6. PROPER USE OF THE TOOLS

The user agrees not to:

• Attempt to exploit system vulnerabilities

• Enter malicious data or data that may compromise the integrity of the platform

• Use the tools for unfair competition practices
